Please pay attention that the registration is only valid with the double registration process and with payment!

Cancellation and Changes Policy:
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your conference reservation free (including reservation for the social event) of charge until January 5th 2025.
- Partial Cancellation Fee: For conference cancellations (including reservation for the social event) made between January 6th and January 20th 2025, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Conference cancellations (including reservation for the social event) made after January 20th 2025 will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount.
