Conference registration deadlines and fees are as follows:

Early Bird Registration (Deadline: 15 June 2025):

·                EAFT-member: €80 

·                non EAFT-member: €110

·                Student*: €40

Full Registration (Deadline: 30 September 2025):

·                EAFT-member: €100

·                non EAFT-member: €140

·                Student*: €40

*Bachelor’s, Master's or PhD students prior to completion of their doctoral degree.

Registration fees include four coffee breaks, aperitif and buffet dinner at the venue on the first evening, voucher for Glühwein/punch at the Christmas market on the second evening, and guided city tour on Saturday morning.

The full guest fee is €45.

Partial fees are as follows:

Christmas Market: you're welcome to join and purchase your own drink on-site.
